Managing Director/Technical Director
Stef Loup’s career spanning more than 37 years in the commercial aviation industry. As Managing Director of Insight Aviation B.V. Mr. Loup structures and manage the CAMO Organisation. Previously, Mr. Loup worked as an instructor at the NLC a Dutch Aviation College and spent 8 years as an Airworthiness & Regulatory Specialist for the CAA-Netherlands and MRB/ICA specialist and chairman for EASA. Prior to this Mr. Loup worked at Fokker Aircraft N.V. as licensed aircraft engineer and as Technical Representative at Fokker Aircraft N.V. where he assisted Fokker’s new customers worldwide, implementing the new aircraft types into their organization.

Ronald Prins
Accountable Manager (CAMO) & Technical Director
Ronald Prins has over 35 years of airline and aviation experience. Mr. Prins is the Accountable Manager for the CAMO Organisation and has expertise in airworthiness & regulatory. Before Insight Aviation, Mr. Prins was employed by Transavia Airlines. At Transavia Airlines, as licensed technician, Mr. Prins was involved in aircraft maintenance and later as a technical representative at the Boeing factory, where he was responsible for the technical acceptance. Mr. Prins continued his career in several positions as Structure, Cabin  and Powerplant engineer. Between 2007-2010 he was employed as an Airworthiness & Regulatory Specialist for the CAA-Netherlands. Currently he has positions as accountable manager, Quality manager, engineering manager and technical manager at several assignments.

Marco Meijers
Technical Director
Marco Meijers joined Insight-Aviation in 2012. He is an aviation professional with over 26 years in the industry. Prior to joining Insight Aviation, Mr. Meijers worked as a Program Manager for global technical asset management company, where he was responsible for overseeing asset management services, including monitoring and verifying Lessee’s compliance with applicable maintenance obligations under the lease on behalf of clients. Other significant positions held by Mr. Meijers have included Senior Technical Manager for International Aircraft Management (IAM) B.V, Technical Asset Management Manager for Excel Aviation Group and Engineering Manager with Air Holland...

Margot van Putten
Office Manager
Margot supports our team in all areas and provides our home base in The Netherlands. She has many years of experience in assisting (project) management, in Human Resources and Payroll. She worked for the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, Fokker Services and several other organizations. Margot is a pragmatic, creative and driven professional with an eye for results. She enthusiastically fulfils a pivotal position within our team.

Anne Peters
Continuing Airworthiness Specialist
Anne Peters joined Insight-Aviation in 2017 as Continuing Airworthiness Specialist and performs various continuing airworthiness, supervision and cost control projects such as aircraft redeliveries and aircraft pre-purchases. Mr. Peters graduates from his Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Studies after successfully completing a graduation assignment with Teuge Airport performing a market research regarding the General Aviation sector, for the purpose of further development and exploitation of Teuge Airport. His pragmatic and rigorous approach to Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation, allow us to offer creative and prompt solutions to complex subjects our clients are faced with.

Tim Schouten
Continuing Airworthiness Specialist
Tim Schouten joined Insight-Aviation in 2019 as Continuing Airworthiness Specialist. Within this role he perfoms various continuing airworthiness, supervision and cost control projects such as aircraft redeliveries and aircraft pre-purchases. In 2016 Mr. Schouten graduated from his Bachelors Degree in Aviation Engineering after successful completion a graduation research at the Royal Netherlands Airforce to reduce the total lead-time of the Chinook’s base maintenance by eliminating ‘over-maintenance’. After his graduation he joined Nayak Aircraft Services Netherlands as Aircraft Data Specialist where he managed the aircraft configuration and controlled the fleet’s hard-time components of the KLM-Cityhopper’s Fokker-70 fleet. Additionally, he supported the F-70 phase-outs during the fleet renewal. Hereafter he fulfilled a role as Aircraft Data Consultant at Exsyn Aviation Solutions where he supported several airlines and MRO’s improving their maintenance processes and/or setup of Aircraft Management Systems.

Jan van der Klooster
CAMO Engineer
Jan van der Klooster joined Insight-Aviation in 2020 as CAMO Engineer. Mr. Van der Klooster will assist with the CAMO enrollment activities such as management of maintenance program updates and currency, aircraft technical administration & cardex, availability and currency of approved data and work pack set-up & distribution. After his graduation in 1979 from the Aircraft Maintenance College he has worked as an aircraft engineer and as manufacturing engineer on the Royal Netherlands Air Force F-15/F-16 systems. After a career move to the IT industry as a Salesman and Sales Support Engineer, he returned in 2005 as a B737/B767 Long Term Maintenance Planner with KLM. Hereafter he fulfilled a role as Technical Data Administrator for Nayak Aircraft Services Netherlands and additionally supported KLM-Cityhopper’s Fokker 70 / 100 phase-outs, setting up the technical records department in Arlanda (SE) for their B787 GoldCare contract with Norwegian. Prior to joining Insight Aviation, Jan was a Technical Data Engineer for TUI fly in the Netherlands where he checked and closed maintenance work packages and work orders and supporting the B737NG phase-outs and the introduction of the B787 and B737 MAX.
